(2)食品进口

目前,我公司进口的食品种类繁多,除了日常进口的零食饼干、葡萄酒,还包括婴儿用品、爬行垫等。普通食品进口清关流程如下:确认进口食品被允许进入中国,外国出口商和进口商备案,复习导入文件(原产地证书、卫生证书、标签等)——在一个报关预录,商检、支付税费,海关检查或释放-移动所有相关检查标签整改-烟采样-交货-商检局出具的卫生证书。

食品检验检疫所需资料:

1. 外国原产地证明书

2. 产品标签样品(一般成品和原材料不需要)

3.标签内容应译成中文

4. 外国出口商提供的出口检验检疫单证。其他文件包括合同、装箱单、发票、报关单和海运单。

做过进出口,检验检疫局会核发CIQ证书,大概需要半个月左右,有了这个证书后方可以进入国内市场。所有的食品都是经过法律检验的,所以要在检验后向海关申报。与非法检查不同的是,货物可以在检查前报关。

申请中国注册商标,应当准备下列声明文件:
