Prohibited items

Parcel claim

If it is not the goods packaged by our company, the sender is responsible for their own packaging. In the case that the outer packaging is not damaged, there is damage to the goods inside. Our company does not compensate, please carefully package.
If the package is lost, please contact us within 30 days; if there is any damage or shortage, please contact our customer service within 10 days of receiving the package. Otherwise it will not be processed.
For fragile items such as glass, porcelain and liquid products, we are not responsible for any damage to the items.
If all individual parcels are lost due to loss, etc., New Zealand Futengda will pay 250 NZD compensation. If the customer has a single package of more than 250 NZD, it is recommended that the customer purchase insurance. 3 Please sign the damaged photo and the courier's signature and contact the after-sales customer service. The customer service will verify and make relevant claims as soon as possible.
